It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Gail Noonan's passing. Gail will be greatly missed by all of us. She did so much for the Veterans of Mt. Carroll and proudly served on the Armed Services Committee. Please see link to her Obituary. A celebration of Life to be announced by her family sometime in Aprl.
